The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, full-length mirror, and walk-in closet. It's bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate door off the bedroom in addition to a hallway door (both locking doors). The living room has a large smart TV, electric fireplace, recliner, loveseat, and queen sleeper sofa. The spacious kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, full-size Bunn coffee maker and coffee grinder, and plenty of cooking items for meal prep! The unit includes a washing machine and dryer. Starter laundry (detergent and dryer sheets) and dishwasher liquids are provided.

PLEASE NOTE:
--After booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours. Main points are referenced in the house rules. Contact the Owner if you would like to review the full agreement prior to booking.
--We utilize a Bring Your Own Login policy with our SmartTVs. Major streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are pre-installed, but we do not provide logins as we find that guests prefer to use their own accounts. All TVs in the unit are Roku TVs with access to YouTube, and other free services. Contact the Owner if you have any questions.
--This is a bottom floor unit, and guests must walk down one flight of stairs to enter the unit. Note that, as a condo, there could be noise from neighbors.
--Guests will have access to two pools. The closest one is a scenic 2-min walk from the unit. Another pool is a 5-min walk away.
--Please note that guests can have only 2 vehicles and trailers are not allowed.
--Doorbell camera and security system are present. Guests cannot tamper with these devices. The camera is outdoor-only in a public space.
--Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
--The person making this reservation must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking.
